Applicable Law This electronic contract is concluded in accordance with current Spanish law, in particular the provisions of Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE) and Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law on the Protection of Consumers and Users (TRLDCU). The electronic contract is presented to the consumer in Spanish.

These terms and conditions can be saved and reproduced by the user making a purchase using their internet browser's options and must be accepted before payment for the products. A link to these terms and conditions will also be included in the purchase confirmation email.

Purchase Process To make a purchase on www.bellaluna-equestrian.com , the customer must follow these steps:

1. Product Selection: Select the desired products from the Bella Luna Equestrian range.

2. Add products to your shopping cart. Select the desired product and click "Add to cart". You can add as many products as you like.

3. Check your shopping cart. After completing your product selection, you can check your shopping cart, which displays a summary of the selected items.

4. Registration and Login During the purchase process, you can log in with your user account or, if you do not have an account, fill out the registration form.

Please note that for purchases over €3,000.00, tax information is required to comply with legal requirements.

5. Selecting the shipping method Choose a shipping method from the options offered by Bella Luna Equestrian.

6. Payment Method Selection : Choose your preferred payment method from the options available at Bella Luna Equestrian. Payment methods such as PayPal or credit card are managed by external providers, therefore Bella Luna Equestrian assumes no responsibility for their use.

7. Order Confirmation After completing the purchase process, Bella Luna Equestrian will send you an email with the order details. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours, please contact us:

8. Order Preparation and Delivery Bella Luna Equestrian delivers the products to the address provided during the purchase process.

For in-store pickup: If you do not pick up the products within 15 calendar days, you will be refunded the purchase price without any additional costs.

9. Invoices As a registered user, you can view, print or download invoices for Bella Luna Equestrian products in your user account.

10. Minimum Age: Users may only place orders if they are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. Otherwise, the responsibility for orders placed by minors lies with their parents or legal guardians.

Payment methods Bella Luna Equestrian offers various payment options to make your purchases easier:

Bella Luna Equestrian credit/debit card does not collect or store any of its customers' card details. All data is processed directly by the payment providers to ensure maximum transparency and confidentiality during transactions. Payment is made directly through these institutions, offering you maximum security. The following cards are accepted by the payment platform: Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro. Taxes, fees and duties

Sale of products in the Balearic Islands: The RRP (recommended retail price) includes 21% VAT, except for food products, whose RRP includes 10% VAT, and for certain products such as books, whose RRP includes 4% VAT.

Shipping: The following shipping conditions apply exclusively to orders of products sold by Bella Luna Equestrian. Conditions vary depending on the geographic destination. Details can be found [here]. Important note: We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

Returns and Right of Withdrawal You have various options for returning products if you notice defects, damage occurs during transport, or if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Possible reasons for return or cancellation:

The product is defective or was damaged during transport . To initiate the return process, simply send us an email to: bellaluna.equestrian@gmail.com . Returned products must be properly packaged and protected by the customer. Bella Luna Equestrian will cover all shipping and return costs.

Disclaimer:

Bella Luna Equestrian offers free return shipping. If you choose a different shipping company with higher costs, you will be responsible for the difference. If the product is damaged during transit, please inform us as soon as possible, ideally on the day of receipt. To expedite the return process, it would be helpful if you could send us photos of the damaged item, its packaging (showing any visible damage), the product barcode, and any labels on the damaged packaging. Before opening the product, we recommend checking that the packaging matches your order (model, color, size, design, etc.). If you notice any discrepancies, please contact us immediately without breaking the seal or opening the packaging.

Right of withdrawal: You can exercise your right of withdrawal in accordance with the applicable regulations.

Here's how to initiate the cancellation process:

Send an email to bellaluna.equestrian@gmail.com stating your name, order number, and purchase date. Please note that you have 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal. The product must be in perfect condition and include all parts and accessories.

Cancellation form: You can also exercise your right of cancellation by filling out the corresponding cancellation form.

Refund in case of cancellation: Bella Luna Equestrian will refund all amounts paid, including standard shipping costs (excluding additional costs incurred by choosing a more expensive shipping method).

The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase. The refund will be processed after verification of the product's condition and no later than 14 calendar days after receipt of the cancellation request, provided Bella Luna Equestrian handles the collection of the item. If the customer uses a different shipping company, the 14-day period begins once Bella Luna Equestrian has been notified of shipment or has received the product.

Return shipping costs:

The return shipping costs of €7.99 (incl. VAT) are borne by the customer.

Conditions for return:

Returns are accepted if requested within 14 calendar days of delivery and the products are in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

Important note: If the products are not returned in perfect condition due to reasons attributable to the customer, Bella Luna Equestrian reserves the right to reduce the refund amount in accordance with the depreciation of the product.

If the order has not yet been received:

Order cancellation or modification: You can only cancel or modify your order if it has not yet entered the preparation phase. Orders in preparation: Once an order is in the preparation phase, the shipping process is irreversible. In this case, you can refuse delivery upon receipt. However, the return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. You will be informed of the exact return shipping costs before initiating the return process.

Guarantees:

All products offered on our website have a three (3) year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.

The warranty does not cover: damage caused by improper use or normal wear and tear of the product. In the event of a defective product: Bella Luna Equestrian will proceed accordingly with repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination. These measures will incur no costs for the customer. Liability for defects of conformity: Bella Luna Equestrian is liable for defects of conformity that appear within three years of product delivery.

Important NOTE:

If a product's expiry date is less than 1 month, this will be explicitly stated in the product description.

Contract compliance:

A product is considered to be in compliance with the contract if it meets the following conditions:

a. It corresponds to the seller's description and possesses the characteristics of the product presented by the seller in the form of samples or models. b. It is suitable for the usual uses of products of the same type. c. It possesses the quality and performance that can reasonably be expected of a product of the same type, taking into account its nature. d. It meets all other conformity requirements according to applicable regulations.

If the product's expiry date is less than 1 month, this will be stated in the product description.

Unless proven otherwise, the products are deemed to be in conformity with the contract if they meet all of the above requirements.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any disputes that may arise from these terms and conditions, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the user's place of residence.
