AGROBS Seniormineral ensures that horses are optimally supplied with essential micronutrients, even in old age. With increasing age, horses face growing challenges: their teeth often weaken, making feed intake difficult, and nutrient absorption in the gut can decline. Additionally, there are age-related metabolic changes, such as the increased incidence of PPID (Equine Cushing's Syndrome), which further stresses the metabolism.

AGROBS Seniormineral offers targeted support with important vitamins and trace elements, tailored to the specific needs of older horses. It contains fat-soluble vitamins A, D, and E, valuable B vitamins, biotin, and vitamin C. Trace elements such as zinc, selenium, copper, and iodine compensate for potential deficiencies in hay feeding. Additionally, essential amino acids provide the building blocks for muscle building and maintenance – especially important for senior horses.

This grain-free and molasses-free mineral feed based on natural green fibers is suitable for all horse breeds. Its low starch and sugar content makes it particularly well-tolerated – even for metabolically sensitive horses or those with Cushing's. AGROBS Seniormineral is the ideal supplement to the daily roughage ration and ensures a gentle, needs-based nutrient supply in old age – completely without grain, molasses, or alfalfa.

RECOMMENDED USE:

for daily basic supply with all important vitamins, macro- and trace elements, and amino acids
for old and aging horses
also suitable for horses with increased needs (e.g., during growth phases, increased stress during training phases, or increased performance requirements in breeding and sports)
suitable for metabolically sensitive horses, especially for horses on a reduction diet

Feeding recommendation:

10 to 15 g daily per 100 kg body weight (600 kg horse = 60 to 90 g)
(1 level scoop = approx. 15 g)

Due to the higher content of vitamins and trace elements compared to complete feeds, this supplementary feed may only be fed to horses up to 1.7% of the daily ration (incl. hay).
